 1.  Can I order sample?  A: Yes, we accept sample for trial order?   2.  How long for delivery time?  A: For sample order, our delivery time is 20 to 30days; for one full container, it's 25 to 45days.   3.  Which colores will be available? A: Normally, we will introduce the most popular colores to customers. At the same time, we are able to make colores according to RAL colour number and YS colour number.   4.  Can I use my logo(sticker) on the electric bike?  A: Yes, we can make customer's logo(sticker) on the electric bike for one full container order.   5.  How to delivery to foreign buyer?  A: For sample order, the customer can select by sea or by air.  For full container order, by sea is the  best choice.

6.  How to package the ebike ?Need I assemble parts of the electric bike when we get them?  A: we have two package way, the one is 85% package ,we will take out few parts, like handlebar, front wheel, front fender, before package. Our workers will put these parts in electric bike cartons. And will send one professional tool bag to help you assemble. It's easy to make it.The other is 98% package,we call whole bike package,we just fold the handlebar. 7. Can I mix different models in one full container order?  A: Yes, we accept different models in one full container.but MOQ 50pcs.   8.  Need I buy spare parts for first order?  A: Yes, you need to buy some spare parts for future service. The quantity depends on your electric  bike order. We will give you advice when you need.   9: What's your payment terms? A: We usually accept T/T or L/C at sight as the main payment terms, and other payment can also be negotiated.   10: What's your warranty terms? A: We offer different warranty time for different components, please contact us for details.

11: Do you have the products in stock? A: No, all E-bikes will be newly produced according to your order including samples.   12: How does your factory do regarding the quality control?
