Q1 .What is your terms of payment?
A:T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% on receipt of copy of bill of loading within 7 days . We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q2. What is your terms of delivery?
A:FOB, CIF

Q3. What is your sample policy? Can you produce according to the samples?
A: We can supply the sample. but the customers need to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.  Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q4.  What's your MOQ request?
A:Usually, for an order direct from our factory in China, we request for a normal order by 1X20' container to start.

Q5.Can I have my own customized product?
A:Yes,your customized requirements for color,logo,carton marks,package,ect are welcome.

Q6. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes we have 100% test before delivery. All E-Bikes are inspected before shipping to Clients. All of your orders assembled with Caution and Care

Q7. What is your terms of packing?
A:Generally, we pack our goods in 5 layer corrugated cartons. If you have legally registered patent,
We can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q8. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 45 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

A:Yes, in our factory in China, we can make the bicycle according to customer's specification, color combination and even logo/design, as well as package request, provided the order is by 1X20' container and more. Otherwise, we have to negotiate it.
